Otto Albert Blehr (1847-1927) var en norsk jurist og en ledende politiker for Venstre, som hadde flere viktige stillinger og verv. Han spilte en avgjørende rolle i oppløsningen av unionen med Sverige, og formet en Venstre-regjering i 1921-23. Munch portretterte ham i flere versjoner fra 1927-30.

Otto Albert Blehr (1847-1927) was a Norwegian lawyer and a leading politician in the Liberal Party, holding a number of important offices and posts. He played a decisive role in the dissolution of the union with Sweden, and formed a Liberal government from 1921-23. Munch painted his portrait in several versions from 1927-30. Woll, p. 400.
